Green Watermelon Margarita Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled and cored apple
  • 1/4 lemon with the peel on
  • 2 cups spinach (if you use kale, use baby kale) 
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 cups frozen watermelon
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2-3 cups orange juice whatever is your desired smoothie thickness
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash salt

Instructions

  1. Blend it all together!

Recipe Notes

If you aren't using a high-speed blender, blend the greens in the orange juice first and hemp seeds (unless you are using a powdered protein instead). That way you will have a smoother texture.
